1. Overview

Berrynook VPN is an encrypted connectivity service for Prepaid Pass and team invite accounts. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users and devices using the VPN. Related contract terms (including refunds and eligibility) are in the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

Personal privacy and secure connectivity
Remote access to Berrynook Cloud and other lawful services through the tunnel
Reasonable use by Prepaid Pass and team invite members

3. Prohibited use

You may not use Berrynook VPN to:

Violate applicable law in any jurisdiction
Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or abuse SMTP (port 25 is blocked on exits)
Distribute malware, conduct credential stuffing, or launch denial-of-service attacks
Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation content
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Circumvent third-party terms in ways that cause material harm to others or infrastructure

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or revoke VPN credentials immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe this AUP was violated or if required to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

5. Logging and privacy

Berrynook VPN does not log traffic content, DNS queries, or browsing history. Exit nodes do not keep session logs mapping accounts to destinations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Operational logs on the auth server (redacted API access, fleet health) are retained per the privacy policy.

6. Network restrictions

Outbound SMTP (TCP/25) is blocked on VPN exit nodes
Abuse rate limits apply to authentication and checkout APIs

7. Law enforcement and legal process

We review law-enforcement and legal requests with qualified counsel before producing account metadata. No traffic or browsing logs are available because we do not collect them.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP. The “Last updated” date and published URL will change. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
