1. Overview

Berrynook VPN is an encrypted connectivity service for Prepaid Pass and team invite accounts. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users and devices using the VPN. Related contract terms (including refunds and eligibility) are in the Terms of Service.

5. Logging and privacy

Berrynook VPN does not log traffic content, DNS queries, or browsing history. Exit nodes do not keep session logs mapping accounts to destinations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Operational logs on the auth server (redacted API access, fleet health) are retained per the privacy policy.

We review law-enforcement and legal requests with qualified counsel before producing account metadata. No traffic or browsing logs are available because we do not collect them.
