1. Agreement

Welcome to Berrynook Cloud (berrynook.cc), operated by Gray Whale and Blue Heron Co. By accessing or using this Cloud workspace, you agree to these terms and our Cloud Privacy Policy. Auth-server / VPN purchases and tunnel use are also governed by the Terms of Service and policies on this host.

Cloud accounts are provisioned from our auth server for Prepaid Pass and team invite members. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.

3. Browser-only use

Berrynook Cloud is browser-only. You must not use mobile or desktop sync clients, native Talk apps, or other tools designed to copy data off the server or bypass browser restrictions.

You are responsible for using private browsing or container tabs where appropriate so data does not remain on your device after you finish.

Berrynook Cloud is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability depends on the server, network, hosting infrastructure, and VPN access where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gray Whale and Blue Heron Co. is not liable for data loss, business disruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Cloud access that violates these terms or poses a security risk. You may request account closure via help@berrynook.cc or delete-account for the auth-server / VPN account. The delete-account form does not by itself remove Cloud files. Upon termination, your data may be deleted subject to backup retention.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. The Cloud server is located in Washington, USA. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of British Columbia, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
